PANDROL rail clips have a working deflection in the range 10-14 mm sufficient to compensate for the manufacturing tolerances within the rail fastening assembly.

PANDROL rail clips can generate toe loads between 300 kgf and 1250 kgf, as appropriate to the application. Clip toe load is a function of bar diameter, the deflection, and the orientation of a clip in a given assembly design.
