Track Welding Tent

Aluminothermic welding on track can often be complicated in harsh weather conditions such as rain and wind. The RW25 Track Welding Tent provides essential protection to help ensure that high-quality welds can still be achieved.

Made from PCV, the tent is water resistant, flame retardant, translucent, and wind resistant for speeds up to 70 km/h. The lightweight design and minimal components allow a single welder to easily carry it onto track and set up. Assembly uses two poles mounted beneath the rail to securely fasten the tent.

To ensure a high-quality weld, all welding consumables should be kept dry and rails should be dried prior to welding.
