Growth is built into all Pandrol careers. Every colleague can take part in our High Performance Culture program, an intensive two-day course run that's designed to build accountability and connect day-to-day work back to our values. By the end of this year, it will have reached 500 people – around a third of our global workforce.

Team story
Being my first and only job since arriving in Australia 3 months before starting, I have witnessed Pandrol evolve overtime. For example, I experienced the company shift from manual forging to robots, and from gas pre-heat furnaces to induction furnaces. Through this, Pandrol has transformed to become the more sustainable and efficient powerhouse it is today. During this time as well, Pandrol has remained a great employer and put its people first. I started as a Machine Operator (Forging) and am now a Team Leader and Quality Control Operator where I also make the turn-out pads. I work under the great management of Pat Mahony where trust and cohesion within the team always ensures we get the job done.
As mentioned, Pandrol is my one and only job since moving to Australia. Having stayed for the past 28 years and counting expresses my contentment, gratitude and feeling of security in Pandrol. It has catered for me, allowed me to progress and provided a productive place for me to continue to support my family.
