Alison Hunt

Alison Hunt is currently Global Human Resources Business Partner at Pandrol, supporting the company’s people strategy across its international operations. An experienced HR leader, she brings over 20 years of HR experience, with extensive expertise in organizational development, talent management, employee engagement and cultural transformation.

She began her career in technical roles within the chemical industry, working for BP, Croda and AkzoNobel in the UK. Following this early experience in industrial and technical environments, she successfully completed a degree in Human Studies and Psychology at the University of Bradford and subsequently moved into HR.

For more than 20 years, she has built her HR career predominantly within food and metals manufacturing, including a role with Doncasters, a global specialist in precision casting and alloys, before joining Pandrol. This breadth of experience has given her a strong understanding of both the operational and people challenges faced by industrial and manufacturing businesses.

At Pandrol, she partners with leaders across the international business to strengthen organizational capability, support talent development and employee engagement, and help build a high-performance culture. Her work focuses on creating an environment where people can thrive while contributing to the company’s long-term success.
