Arnaud Pierrard leads Pandrol's EMEA Business Unit, with responsibility for driving business performance, operational excellence and growth across the region. He brings significant international industrial experience gained through leadership roles at Thyssenkrupp, Vallourec and Itron. Since joining Pandrol, Arnaud has played an important role in advancing manufacturing excellence, quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. His expertise spans industrial transformation, productivity improvement, safety and operational performance. Working closely with customers and regional teams, he is focused on delivering fastening solutions that improve railroad reliability, availability and lifecycle performance while supporting the changing needs of railroad infrastructure operators.
