Franck Tarena leads Pandrol's global sales, strategy and marketing functions, helping drive the company's growth and strengthen its position in rail infrastructure markets worldwide. With extensive international experience in commercial leadership, strategic development and business transformation gained at Accenture, Imerys and Trescal, he brings a strong customer-focused perspective to the organization. Franck works closely with regional and product teams to align strategy, develop market opportunities and deliver solutions that address the evolving needs of railroad operators and infrastructure managers. His leadership is centered on innovation, collaboration and building long-term partnerships that create value for customers. He is a graduate of ESCP and holds an MBA from Kellogg (Northwestern University).
