Frédérique Coeuille is Chief Technology Officer at Pandrol, leading the company's global technology and innovation strategy. She is responsible for advancing product development, materials innovation and sustainable technologies that support the evolving needs of railroad infrastructure.

With extensive experience in engineering, R&D and innovation leadership across multiple industries (Oil & Gas, Energy, Automotive), Frédérique works closely with teams across the business to bring new ideas to market, drive technical excellence and support customers in achieving their performance and decarbonization objectives. Her leadership helps ensure Pandrol continues to develop innovative solutions that deliver long‑term value for railroad networks worldwide.

Frédérique holds a PhD degree in Materials Engineering.

Before joining Pandrol, she served as Innovation & R&D Group Director at Valeo, where she led cross‑functional teams on advanced materials, industrial processes and product development.
