Guy Talbourdet

Guy Talbourdet is Chief Executive Officer of Pandrol and CEO of the Delachaux Group. With more than three decades of international leadership experience, he has led global industrial businesses across Europe and the Americas, holding senior positions with Valeo, Faurecia and Roquette before joining Delachaux in 2013. Under his leadership, Pandrol has strengthened its position as a global leader in railroad infrastructure solutions, focused on innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth. Guy is passionate about creating long-term value for customers, developing high-performing teams and supporting the evolution of safer, more reliable and efficient railroad networks worldwide. He is a graduate of HEC Paris.
