Julie Thiery

Julie Thiery is Chief Financial Officer of Pandrol, responsible for the company's global finance, legal and IT activities and supporting its long-term growth strategy. She brings extensive experience in finance, business transformation and corporate strategy, gained through leadership roles in international industrial organizations. Prior to joining Pandrol, Julie started her career in Investment Banking and Transaction Services before holding a number of senior finance and strategic positions at Imerys, where she developed expertise in performance management, operational improvement and value creation. At Pandrol, she plays a key role in ensuring strong governance, financial discipline and investment in innovation. Julie is recognized for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to building high-performing teams. She is a graduate of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the London School of Economics and has also completed executive studies at Oxford University's Saïd Business School.
