Tim Hoare leads Pandrol's Asia-Pacific Business Unit, with responsibility for business growth, customer engagement and regional performance across APAC. Having spent many years with Pandrol, he has held a variety of senior commercial and product leadership roles, building deep expertise in railroad infrastructure markets throughout the region. Tim works closely with customers and partners to develop solutions that improve network safety, reliability, and performance. His collaborative approach and strong understanding of regional market dynamics help ensure Pandrol continues to deliver value for railroad operators while supporting the development of more resilient and sustainable rail networks across Asia-Pacific.
