Vortok On-Tie Beam

The Vortok On-Tie Beam is a non-intrusive balise transponder mounting system.

The On-Tie Beam comprises a GRP beam with stainless steel yokes that use the existing rail fastenings to hold the beam in track, eliminating the need to drill ties or dig out ballast for the steel banding. Its design enables rapid installation, re-positioning or removal, with installation typically taking less than five minutes per balise, thus reducing the manpower requirement.
