Thanks to its Smart Software, the SonicVizio-TR-S can automatically detect and index all rail flaws in one single pass. It saves operators time and ensures that no critical defect is overlooked during inspection.
Equipped with 20 ultrasonic probes—10 per rail—the system scans both rails simultaneously, doubling the inspection efficiency compared to traditional single-rail trolleys.
The intuitive interface and customizable Smart Software are accessible even to operators without deep ultrasonic or IT knowledge. Audible and visual alarms, real-time analysis, and simplified export functions enhance productivity.
The foldable construction (down to 1000 mm width) makes it easy to transport in standard utility vehicles, ideal for urban environments and remote areas alike.
