Our focus is on making installation and operation simpler, safer and more productive - reducing possession times, improving lifecycle performance and helping teams work with confidence on site.
From ballasted and non‑ballasted track forms to embedded and slab applications, our systems are designed to perform reliably under demanding operating conditions, addressing real‑world challenges such as noise and vibration, track durability and long‑term maintenance.
With global experience across diverse transit networks, we adapt our solutions to meet local environments and regional or global standards. Where projects call for a specialised solution, we work closely with contractors and end users to respond to specific design considerations - including track structure interaction, corrosion protection, special track work, adjustment requirements and bespoke developments. Our products
The process involves casting molten steel (produced through the reaction of iron oxide and aluminium) at a temperature exceeding 3,500 ˚F (1,950 °C) into refractory moulds designed to the rail specification.
