  • The SL400 can handle four sleepers simultaneously, while the SL850 can handle up to eight at a time.
  • The SL400 and SL450 work in hydraulic sequence and no electricity is required on the carrier machine.

High-speed installation

When operated by a fully-trained, skilled operator working under optimal conditions, the Sleeper Layers can cover from 60 to 80 metres per hour (the SL400) to 120 to 150 metres per hour (the SL850).

Precision gauging hydraulic system

A precision gauging hydraulic system ensures the correct placement of sleepers, which can be set at 300–750mm. No electricity is required on the carrier machine.
